Life often presents unexpected challenges—and navigating through relational distress, attachment injuries, or trauma can feel overwhelming.
You’re here because you sense that life could be better
You dream about a world in which you and your relationships are thriving. Where you’re:
less reactive
more true to yourself
more aware of your needs and how to get them met
feeling more understood and supported by your partner
You’ve worked hard on yourself and your relationships, but you feel stuck…
Nobody teaches us how to connect deeply with ourselves and our loved ones. No one gives us a blueprint or a course on how to thrive in our lives and our relationships.
BUT that doesn’t mean that we can’t learn and grow and build our capacity for a beautiful life, full of deep connection and emotional safety.
Therapy is a place to build tools, learn about yourself, your relationships, and experience warm, consistent care from a compassionate source.

About me
I’m Sydni Hammar, MA, LMFT. I began my professional journey in a middle school, where I worked with pre-teens and their parents. It was there that I began to think deeply about attachment, and the role our caregivers play in our ability to connect with others. I noticed that when folks felt genuinely heard, believed, and understood, symptoms like anxiety and depression, hopelessness, stuckness, and loneliness went away or reduced significantly.
In my work as a therapist, I get to be a witness to what Esther Perel brilliantly articulates: "the quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives.”
And so it’s my mission…
to help people heal from attachment wounds that keep them from real connection and thriving relationships. I believe the ripple effect of such healing is profound. This is the lens that guides my work with individuals and couples. Supporting folks in finding deeper connection and therefore, better quality lives, is what motivates me to do this work every day.
